About Me

I love Bluebells - can you tell? - and the sea in all weathers, wild flowers, looking up into trees, brass bands, clouds, sunbathing, singing bowls, bobbing about in boats, yoghurt, all kinds of music, sleeping babies, sea glass, coconut oil, the honey smell of the heather moor, fat juicy olives, village fetes, church bells, indigo, fountain pens, pea soup, yoga, the smell of rain, sleeping...

Current involvements include running a natural health centre which opened in February 2000... organising yoga re-treats in wonderful venues with my friend Ruth. Our yoga company is very new but we are really enjoying it and want to do lots more. Then there’s occasional shepherding of our organic sheep flock with my husband Philip… fair-weather sailing in Filey bay and around… and lastly plenty of fun and total exhaustion with our eight grandchildren!!!
